A Nikkei restaurant concept in London, developed in collaboration with Hype Projects. Japanese precision meets Peruvian texture and symbolism through charred wood, sculptural seating and expressive graphic details. Warm, controlled lighting and the presence of fire create an intimate dining atmosphere, with the bar and grill at the heart of the experience.
